Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified on 6 July 2022 that the following directors purchased ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company on 6 July 2022.
- Mr Paul Wise, Executive Chairman of Everyman, purchased 30,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of £1.0524 per share.
Following the above transaction, Mr Wise is interested in 2,986,752 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.28 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
- Mr Adam Kaye, Executive Director of Everyman, purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of £1.0528 per share.
Following the above transaction, Mr Kaye and his PCAs are interested in 5,449,956 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.98 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
