Societatea de Distribuţie şi Furnizare a Energiei Electrice - "ELECTRICA" S.A (Electrica) hereby informs that following the meeting of 11 March 2016, its board of directors endorsed and submitted for approval to the ordinary general meeting of shareholders (OGMS) to be held on 27 April 2016 (on the first calling) / 28 April 2016 (on the second calling), the proposal to distribute a gross dividend of RON 0.8600 per share for the year ended December 31, 2015.
According to provisions of Article 111, paragraph 2, letter a) of the Company Law No. 31/1990, republished, as subsequently amended, it falls within the ordinary general meeting of shareholders' competence to set the dividend.
