The publication of the Romanian Energy Regulatory Authority (Romanian ANRE, Autoritatea Nationala de Reglementare in Domeniul Energiei) orders related to the specific tariffs for the electricity distribution service, applicable in 2019 for the distribution subsidiaries of Electrica Group

Societatea Energetica Electrica SA hereby informs the following:

· In the Official Gazette of Romania, part I, no. 1084/20.12.2018 was published the ANRE Order no. 197/14.12.2018 related to the approval of the specific tariffs for electricity distribution service and of the price for reactive electricity for Societatea de Distribuţie a Energiei Electrice Muntenia Nord S.A., applicable in 2019:

· In the Official Gazette of Romania, part I, no. 1084/20.12.2018 was published the ANRE Order no. 198/14.12.2018 related to the approval of the specific tariffs for electricity distribution service and of the price for reactive electricity for Societatea de Distribuţie a Energiei Electrice Transilvania Nord S.A., applicable in 2019:

· In the Official Gazette of Romania, part I, no. 1084/20.12.2018 was published the ANRE Order no. 199/14.12.2018 related to the approval of the specific tariffs for electricity distribution service and of the price for reactive electricity for Societatea de Distributie a Energiei Electrice Transilvania Sud S.A., applicable in 2019:

The electricity tariff charged for invoicing is calculated by adding the specific tariffs for the electricity distribution service depending on the voltage in the point for delimitation of electric installations belonging to the concessionaire distribution operator from those belonging to the end consumer, as established under the electricity distribution agreement.

The income achieved from distributing electricity by distribution operators with Electrica Group in 2019 will rely on the electricity distribution tariffs.

The ANRE Orders related to the approval of the specific tariffs for electricity distribution service and of the price for reactive electricity for 2019 for the distribution subsidiaries of Electrica Group as well as the Substantiation note of order drafts for the approval of the specific tariffs for the electricity distribution service and of the reactive electricity price, for concessionaire distribution operators, for 2019 (published on ANRE's website on 13 December 2018), are available, in electronic format, on the Company's website at https://www.electrica.ro/en/investors/results-and-reports/current-reports/.
