The publication of the Romanian Energy Regulatory Authority (Romanian: ANRE, Autoritatea Nationala de Reglementare in Domeniul Energiei) Orders related to the specific tariffs for the electricity distribution service, applicable in 2021 for the distribution subsidiaries of Electrica Group
Societatea Energetica Electrica SA hereby informs that in the Official Gazette of Romania, part I, No. 1216/11.12.2020 were published:
· ANRE Order No. 220/09.12.2020 related to the approval of the specific tariffs for electricity distribution service and of the price for reactive electricity for Societatea de Distribuţie a Energiei Electrice Muntenia Nord S.A., applicable in 2021;
· ANRE Order No. 221/09.12.2020 related to the approval of the specific tariffs for electricity distribution service and of the price for reactive electricity for Societatea de Distribuţie a Energiei Electrice Transilvania Nord S.A., applicable in 2021;
· Order No. 222/09.12.2020 related to the approval of the specific tariffs for electricity distribution service and of the price for reactive electricity for Societatea de Distributie a Energiei Electrice Transilvania Sud S.A., applicable in 2021.
According to the ANRE orders, the specific tariffs for electricity distribution service for the three concessionaire distribution operators of Electrica Group, applicable starting with 1 January 2021, compared to the ones applicable starting with 16 January 2020 (the last time they were modified), are the following:

The electricity tariff used for invoicing is calculated by adding the specific tariffs for the electricity distribution service, depending on the voltage at the point of delimitation of electric installations belonging to the concessionaire distribution operator from those belonging to the end consumer, as set under the electricity distribution agreement.
The electricity distribution tariffs shown in the table above will be the basis of the income achieved from distributing electricity by distribution operators with Electrica Group in 2021.
We also mention the fact that, considering the merger of the three distribution operators within the Electrica Group, having as target effective date 31 December 2020, different regional distribution tariffs, as shown in the table above, will stay in force for 2021 (applicable for each region, i.e. Northern Muntenia, Northern Transylvania, Southern Transylvania).
The ANRE Orders related to the approval of the specific tariffs for electricity distribution service and of the price for reactive electricity for 2021 for the distribution subsidiaries of Electrica Group are available, in electronic format, on the Company's website at https://www.electrica.ro/en/investors/results-and-reports/current-reports/.
