Societatea Energetica Electrica S.A. received the Communication Address issued by the Bucharest Court (Tribunalul Bucuresti in Romanian), referring to the File No. 44217/3/2017, by which Mr. Gabriel Dumitrascu, as shareholder of the Company, filed a complaint to request the ascertainment of the "absolute nullity of the decision no. 2 of the ordinary general meeting of shareholders of Electrica S.A. regarding the election of the members of the board of directors by applying the cumulative vote (item 1 on the agenda) pursuant art. 132 of Law 31/1990, having as a direct consequence the cancellation of all legal acts concluded by the new Board of Directors of Electrica S.A.".
