Elixirr, an established, global award-winning challenger consultancy, announces that it was notified on 24 July 2020, that on that same day, Nicholas Willott, Finance Director and PDMR of the Company, acquired 7,421 ordinary shares of 0.005p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 202 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase, Nicholas Willott's beneficial holding is 342,221 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.76% of the issued share capital of the Company.
