Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has today been notified that a self-invested pension scheme administered by Suffolk Life Annuities Limited, in which Mr J H B Ketteley has a beneficial interest, has today sold 559,500 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of 42.000 pence per share. The Company has also been advised that Mr J H B Ketteley has today acquired 559,500 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of 42.005 pence per share.
Mr J H B Ketteley's total beneficial interest in the Company has not changed as a consequence of the above transactions and remains at 7,569,255 shares, representing approximately 12.48% of the Company's total voting rights.
