Board Appointment
The Board of Eleco plc ("Eleco") announces that Fred Newby, previously Chief Executive of Eleco's Precast Concrete operations, has been appointed Deputy Chairman of the Group and Chief Executive of Eleco Building Systems UK, which comprises Eleco's UK precast concrete, building components and timber engineering businesses.
There are no further details required to be disclosed pursuant to Schedule Two, paragraph (g) (i) to (viii) of the AIM Rules.
John Ketteley, Executive Chairman said:
"Fred has been a very valuable member of the Board since 2005. I am very pleased that he has accepted this expanded role, his expertise will be greatly appreciated."
