VAALCO ENERGY INC. PUBLISHES ANNUAL REPORT AND ISSUES PROXY STATEMENT

HOUSTON - April 28, 2025 - VAALCO Energy, Inc. (NYSE: EGY; LSE: EGY) ("Vaalco" or the "Company") announces that it has published the Annual Report on FORM 10-K for the year ended 31 December 2024 which was filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") on March 17, 2025 and that it has filed and mailed its proxy statement for the Company's 2025 annual meeting (the "2025 Proxy Statement") to stockholders today.
