eg solutions plc Director's Share Purchase
eg solutions plc ("eg" or "the Company"; LSE-AIM: EGS), the back office optimisation software company, has been notified thatElizabeth Gooch, Chief Executive Officer, has today purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence in the Company through her pension fund at a price of 62 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Elizabeth Gooch now has a beneficial interest in 7,303,905 ordinary shares of 1 pence representing 51.08 per cent of the total issued share capital of the Company.
