In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 29 February 2024, the Company had 114,920,697 Ordinary shares in issue. The Company holds 649,550 shares in treasury. 114,271,147 is the total number of voting rights in the Company.

The above figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
