EFG Hermes Announces the Distribution of Bonus Shares
EFG Hermes Holding announces the following:
The increase of the Company's issued capital from EGP 3,843,091,115 to EGP 4,611,709,340 with an amount of EGP 768,618,225 by issuing 153,723,645 bonus shares as per the AGM resolutions held on 20th May 2021. This increase will be financed from the retained earnings account as presented in the financial statements for the year ended 31st December 2020.
The Company will distribute 0.2 bonus share for every 1 shares held by each shareholder with a dividend date "Record Date" 25/07/2021 and an ex-dividend date "Ex-Date" 26/07/2021.
