COMMENCEMENT OF REFURBISHMENT WORKS
Eastern European Property Fund Limited is pleased to announce that, following the successful application for a construction permit, refurbishment and upgrading works have commenced on the Ravuna Apartments located at 401 Istiklal Street, Beyoglu, Istanbul. These works are expected to take approximately six months to complete and are anticipated to result in an increased rental yield together with an enhanced valuation for this property.
