Empire Metals Limited announces that it was notified today that on 29 January 2024, Mr Shaun Bunn, Managing Director, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the share capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares'), at a price of 10 pence per share, Mr Gregory Kuenzel, Finance Director of the Company, purchased 150,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the share capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares'), at a price of 10 pence per share, and Mr Peter Damouni, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 9.97 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Mr Shaun Bunn's total beneficial ownership in the Company is 2,211,111 Ordinary Shares representing 0.39% of the Company's issued share capital, Mr Gregory Kuenzel's total beneficial ownership in the Company is 3,858,578 Ordinary Shares representing 0.68% of the Company's issued share capital, and Mr Peter Damouni's total beneficial ownership in the Company is 1,309,614 Ordinary Shares representing 0.23% of the Company's issued share capital.

About Empire Metals Limited
Empire Metals is an AIM-listed (LON: EEE) exploration and resource development company with a project portfolio comprising copper, titanium and gold interests in Australia and Austria.
The Company's strategy is to develop a pipeline of projects at different stages in the development curve. Its current focus is on the Pitfield Project in Western Australia, which has demonstrated to contain a newly recognised giant mineral system that hosts a globally significant titanium discovery. The Company is also advancing the Eclipse-Gindalbie Project in Western Australia, which is prospective for high-grade gold and also kaolin used to produce high-purity alumina, an essential component in lithium-ion batteries.
Company also has two further exploration projects in Australia; the Walton Project in Western Australia, and the Stavely Project in the Stavely Arc region of Victoria, in addition to three precious metals projects located in a historically high-grade gold producing region of Austria.
