DIRECTOR DEALING
CAMBRIDGE, UK: EDX Medical Group, plc ("EDX Medical", the "Company" or the "Group"), which develops innovative digital diagnostic products and services for the personalised treatment for cancer, cardiovascular and infectious diseases, today announces that Professor Sir Christopher Evans OBE, founder, director and Chief Scientific Officer of the Company, purchased 60,000 ordinary shares in the Company on February 24, 2025, at an average price per share of 12.97 pence.
Following these purchases, Professor Evans owns 130,650,000 ordinary shares, representing 37.32% of the issued share capital.
The directors of the Company accept responsibility for the contents of this announcement.
