CAMBRIDGE, UK: EDX Medical Group, plc ("EDX Medical", the "Company" or the "Group"), which develops innovative digital diagnostic products and services for the personalised treatment for cancer, heart disease and infectious diseases, today announces that Jason Holt, chairman of the Company, purchased 150,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price per share of 11.23 pence, followed by a further 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price per share of 12.00 pence on January 5, 2026.
Taken together, a total of 200,000 shares was purchased at an average price per share of 11.42 pence.
Following these transactions, Mr Holt now owns 4,600,000 shares in the Company, representing 1.19% of the issued share capital.
The directors of the Company accept responsibility for the contents of this announcement.
