EDX Medical Group, plc ("EDX Medical", the "Company" or the "Group"), which develops innovative digital diagnostic products and services for the personalised treatment for cancer, heart disease and infectious diseases, today announces that Dr Michael Hudson, chief executive officer of the Company, purchased a total of 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company on January 12, 2024, at an average price per share of 8.890 pence. Following these purchases, Dr Hudson owns 20,400,000 ordinary shares, representing 6.77% of the issued share capital.
