Proposed DividendsThe Board of Directors of Edge Performance VCT plc will propose, at the 2009 annual general meeting, final dividends of:
64.8 pence per ordinary share to be paid on 30 June 2009 to all holders of ordinary shares on the register as at close of business on 26 June 2009 and
7.0 pence per D share to be paid on 23 November 2009 to all holders of D shares on the register as at close of business on 13 November 2009
If approved, then this would result in total annual dividends for the financial year ended 28 February 2009 of 71.8 pence per ordinary share, 7.0 pence per C share and 7.0 pence per D share, as interim dividends of 7.0 pence per ordinary share and 7.0 pence per C share have already been paid.
