The Directors are pleased to announce that, in accordance with the terms of the Offer for Subscription ("the Offer") dated 5 November 2007, the closing date for applications under the Offer for the 2008/09 tax year is to be extended to 3.00pm on Friday 1 August 2008 (unless it is fully subscribed prior to that date or the Board resolves to close the Offer at an earlier date).
