Edinburgh Oil & Gas PLC15 June 2005 BLOCK LISTING APPLICATION Pursuant to its Company Share Option Plan 1998 ("Company Plan") and ExecutiveShare Option Scheme 1998 ("Executive Scheme"), Edinburgh Oil & Gas plc announcesthat it has made a block listing application for 527,000 Ordinary Shares of 5peach in the Company. Of these shares, 12,000 relate to the Company Plan and515,000 relate to the Executive Scheme. Application has been made to the UKListing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the shares to be admitted toListing and it is expected that permission will be granted from 17 June 2005.
