The Company confirms that at today's General Meeting ("GM") the resolution set out in the Notice of the Meeting was duly passed.

A copy of the resolution passed as Special Business at the GM has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
