Dealings by Directors/PDMRs
The CompanyĀ has been notifiedĀ that the following Directors, MrĀ IĀ Mason, Chief Executive Officer and MrĀ SĀ Boddie, Group Finance Director,Ā have todayĀ each acquiredĀ 25,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company.
The shares were acquired at a price ofĀ 154.47p.Ā
Mr Mason now holdsĀ 137,349Ā shares in the Company, and Mr Boddie now holdsĀ 100,000 shares in the Company, which together represent less than 0.1% of theĀ Company'sĀ issued share capital.
The Company was notified today of this transaction in accordance with FSA Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2 R.
