ESPP Share Dealings
Eckoh plc (AIM:ECK), the global provider of Customer Engagement Security Solutions, announces that the Group's US Employee Share Purchase Plan ("ESPP") has today purchased 55,965 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") at a price of approximately 39.0 pence per Share.
Following settlement of the above purchase of Shares for the ESPP, it will hold a total of 152,989 Shares, equivalent to 0.052 per cent. of the Share capital of Eckoh.
Chrissie Herbert is a member of the Committee that administers the ESPP.
