Director / PDMR Shareholding
The Company was informed on 27 March 2009 of the following purchases of the Company's ordinary shares of 0.25 pence ("Ordinary Shares") by Directors on 27 March 2009:
Nik Philpot, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 220,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 5.25 pence per share, following which he has a beneficial interest in 2,502,000 Ordinary Shares representing 1.3 per cent of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
Jim Hennigan, Executive Director, purchased 157,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 5.25 pence per share, following which he has a beneficial interest in 172,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.001 per cent of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
Adam Moloney, Group Finance Director, purchased 135,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 5.25 pence per share, following which he has a beneficial interest in 135,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.001 per cent of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
