The Board is pleased to announce that all the resolutions put to shareholders at today's Annual General Meeting were passed.
The presentation that was made at the AGM this morning will be uploaded to the Company's web site this afternoon.

Further to the announcement made on Friday, 23 June 2017 the Company advises that a notification has been made by Greenberry plc, the Company's cornerstone investor in respect of its requirements under the Market Abuse Regulations.
