Posting of Circular and Notice of General Meeting
Echo Energy, the Latin American-focused upstream oil and gas company, announces that further to the announcement made on 21 October 2019, a circular providing further details of the proposed Acquisition, Subscription and Debt Facility (the "Circular") was yesterday posted to Shareholders together with a notice convening a General Meeting of the Company to be held at 10.00 a.m. on 7 November 2019 at the offices of Link Asset Services, 65 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7NQ.
Copies of the Circular and the Notice of General Meeting will be available from the Company's website at www.echoenergyplc.com shortly.
