Further to this morning's admission to trading of 527,380,952 new ordinary shares of 0.01p each in IRG ("Admission"), the number of ordinary shares in issue is 1,262,504,294.
The Company is now aware or has been notified that that the following parties hold beneficial interests of more than three percent of the company's issued share capital.

The directors, through the Company's advisers, have engaged in conversations with those parties who have become significant shareholders following the recent conversion of loans provided to the Company. These parties have indicated that they have no committed plans to sell shares as they see opportunity for significant potential upside and value creation for all shareholders.
The revised interests of the directors of IRG in the Company following Admission are also set out below:
