TRANSFER OF DIRECTOR'S FAMILY SHAREHOLDING
Independent Resources plc ('Independent' or 'the Company') has been notified that, on 14th April 2009, Petra Katherina Staley transferred 2,812,500 ordinary shares in the Company to her husband George Henry Stephen Staley, a director of the Company.
Following this transfer Petra Staley and Stephen Staley each hold 2,812,500 shares in the Company.
Accordingly, there is no change to the aggregate interest of Stephen Staley and his family in the share capital of the Company from this transfer.
