(d) Reason for issuing this correction
On 19th August 2013 Herald Investment Management Ltd. disclosed to the market an initial position in Ebiquity PLC held by its discretionary clients of 5,050,000 shares representing 8.37% of the shares then in issue. Regrettably that figure was incorrect. The correct figure for the interests held by discretionary clients of Herald Investment Management Ltd. on 15th August 2013 is as shown at 2 (a) above. |
