e2v technologies PLC15 February 2008 15 February 2008 e2v technologies PLC Interim Management Statement e2v technologies, the specialist developer and manufacturer of high technologycomponents and sub-systems, is providing an Interim Management Statementcovering trading from 1 October 2007 to 8 February 2008. Overall, Group performance remains consistent with previous statements. As previously stated, continuing strong demand for electronic sub-systems fromthe Aerospace and Defence sector is providing sales growth for the ElectronicTubes product group. Additional orders have been won since the interim reportfor both the UK and export markets. Within the Group's Sensors and Semiconductors product group, order book levelsare improving but overall demand remains below the prior year level. Growth inthis product group will be due to the inclusion of a full year's trading of theGrenoble activity, acquired in August 2006. Whilst there remains much to do in the remainder of the fourth quarter, historically this has been the Group's strongest trading period. This pattern isexpected to be repeated in the current financial year. In summary, the Board expects the overall outcome for the full year to be inline with expectations.
