e2v technologies plc announces that it has been advised that in connection with the Company's Rights Issue, the Directors, as shown below, have either taken up all their rights for New Shares or sold sufficient of their Nil Paid Rights entitlement to provide sufficient funds to subscribe for New Shares in respect of the balance of their entitlements.
