Dewhurst PLC25 March 2008 Dewhurst plc (the "Company") Buy Back of Own Shares for Cancellation The Company announces that on 20 March 2008, pursuant to the authority grantedby shareholders in the annual general meeting, it purchased 213,000 of its ownvoting ordinary shares of 10p nominal value each ("Ordinary Shares") forcancellation.
