Dividend Declaration
The Board of Directors of DWF Group plc has approved the distribution in cash of a gross interim dividend of 1.25 pence per share. This represents the second interim dividend in respect of the six month period ended 31 October 2019, in line with the Company's stated dividend policy as detailed in its prospectus.
