Dividend Declaration

The Company announces that the Directors have today declared a third interim dividend for the year ending 30 November 2023 in an amount of 1.00 pence per Ordinary share.

The interim dividend will be payable on Thursday, 28 December 2023 to holders of Ordinary shares on the register at the close of business on Friday, 8 December 2023 (ex-dividend Thursday, 7 December 2023).
