Dividend Declaration 

The Company announces that the Directors have declared a second interim dividend for the year ending 30 November 2024 in an amount of 1.00 pence per Ordinary share. 

The interim dividend will be payable on Friday, 27 September 2024 to holders of Ordinary shares on the register at the close of business on Friday, 13 September 2024 (ex-dividend Thursday, 12 September 2024).
