Dragon-Ukrainian Properties & Development plc (the "'Company")
Director Shareholding
The Company received notification on 21 June 2016 from Dragon Capital (which together with the Company's Investment Manager DCM Limited is a part of the Dragon Capital Group) that on 21 June 2016 Dragon Capital sold 8,000 ordinary shares at a price of £0.1265 per ordinary share and 4,321 ordinary shares at a price of £0.12565 per ordinary share.
Following these share sales, Dragon Capital Group now holds 18,865,571 shares representing 17.25% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Tomas Fiala, one of the Company's directors, is the principal shareholder and managing director of Dragon Capital.
