Total Voting Rights

Following the issue by Praetorian Resources (AIM: PRAE, PRSS) of 3,683,015 new ordinary shares of no par value in September 2012, the Company confirms that its issued ordinary share capital at the date of this announcement (all of which has been admitted to trading on AIM) consists of 50,331,901 ordinary shares of no par value each, with each ordinary share carrying the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.

The above figure of 50,331,901 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

The Company also has in issue 23,324,443 subscription shares of no par value each (all of which have also been admitted to trading on AIM) but which carry voting rights in only limited circumstances. Shareholders are not required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, such subscription shares under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
