Interim Dividend

Duke Royalty Limited (AIM: DUKE) is pleased to announce that the Board has approved an interim dividend of 0.5 pence (sterling) per share with the ex-dividend date being 28 December 2017, the record date 29 December 2017 and the payment date 12 January 2018. This quarterly dividend maintains the Company's targeted initial annual dividend yield of five per cent.
