("Praetorian Resources" or the "Company")
Changes to notifiable interests in shares
Praetorian Resources (AIM: PRAE; PRSS) announces that following the completion by Longships plc of a return of capital to its shareholders (the "Return of Capital") today, Longships plc has transferred its entire holding of ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and of subscription shares of no par value in the Company ("Subscription Shares") to shareholders of Longships plc. Longships plc therefore no longer has a notifiable interest in any shares in the Company for the purposes of the Company's articles of association and Chapter 5 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
Furthermore, as a result of the Return of Capital, the following changes have occurred in the interests in the Company's issued share capital of certain of the Directors of the Company and the Advisory & Execution Team members:-

Malcolm Burne holds his Ordinary Shares and his Subscription Shares in his own name and through White Knight Investments Ltd.
