Subject: Update regarding a suit filed by World Crest Advisors LLP against, inter-alia, Catalyst Trusteeship Limited and Yes Bank Limited

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in continuation of our disclosure dated December 19, 2021, regarding a suit filed by World Crest Advisors LLP against, inter-alia, Catalyst Trusteeship Limited and Yes Bank Limited, before the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay ('Suit'). The Company was one of the defendants in the said Suit.

On December 23, 2021, the Hon'ble Bombay High Court rejected the ad-interim prayers of the Plaintiff. However, the Court directed that the result of the proposed Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on December 30, 2021, shall be subject to the outcome of the final hearing of the Interim Application filed by the Plaintiff in the Suit. The matter has been adjourned to February 3, 2022.

The order of the Hon'ble High Court in the matter is yet to be published and the Company will update this disclosure, if required, once it obtains a copy of the said order.
