Total Voting Rights and Block Admission
The Company wishes to announce the following information as at 16 August 2011:

No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.
The above figure for total number of ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
Further, the Company has applied for 2,000,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM under a new block admission. The block admission relates to Ordinary Shares which could be issued pursuant to the exercise of options under employee share option schemes in the future.
It is anticipated that the admission will become effective on 23 August 2011.
