Dart Group PLC09 January 2008 Dart Group PLC ("the Company") On 3 August 2007 Andrew Merrick, Group Finance Director, was granted optionsover 29,484 ordinary shares in the Company at an exercise price of 101.75 penceper share. The options were granted in accordance with the Dart Group PLCapproved share option plan 2005. 50 per cent of the options are exercisableafter the third anniversary of the grant date and 50 per cent of the options areexercisable after the sixth anniversary of the grant date.
