Trading update

Densitron Technologies plc ("Densitron" or the "Company") is pleased to provide an update on current trading. 

As anticipated at the time of the release of the interim results for the six months to 30 June 2009 on 7 September 2009 we are pleased to confirm that the Company returned to profitability in the second half of 2009 and that the Company expects to return a small profit for the year as a whole.

Densitron expects to release its results for the year ended 31 December 2009 during April 2010.

Jan G Holmstrom, Chairman of Densitron, commented:

"We are pleased that the upturn in performance we expected at the time of the interims has been delivered and that the financial position of the Company is strong due to prudent working capital management and the funds received following the capital reduction in Evervision.  We remain cautiously optimistic that 2010 will see further improvements in the trading performance of the Company."
