Densitron Technologies PLC04 February 2005 Unsolicited Circular to Shareholders The Board of Densitron Technologies plc is aware that some shareholders havereceived a letter from Mr. Cliff Hardcastle, a shareholder and former Chairmanand Chief Executive Officer of the Company. The Board considers that the content of the letter is misleading and gives aninaccurate assessment of the Company's affairs. Furthermore, it is the opinionof the Board, that the letter contains a number of defamatory statements. TheBoard is currently taking advice on possible legal action. We would encourage shareholders to disregard Mr. Hardcastle's letter and willprovide further information to shareholders in due course.
