Densitron was notified on 24 May 2011 that John Farrell, a Non Executive Director of the Company, had transferred the beneficial interest in his holding of 11,509,675 shares from Sterling Property Developments Limited to Sterling Property Trust Limited. Both companies are wholly owned subsidiaries of Sterling Property Holdings Limited of which Mr Farrell is the beneficial owner.
