Issue of Options
Dillistone Group Plc, the AIM quoted supplier of software for the international recruitment industry, announces the grant on 26 November 2020 of options over 353,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in Dillistone (the "Options") to certain of its Directors, a PDMR, and other members of staff under its HMRC approved Sharesave scheme at an exercise price of 14.4p.
Options over 97,500 Ordinary Shares were granted to four Directors and 1 PDMR as set out below.
