Grant of Options to Directors and PDMRs
Director Shareholdings
Dillistone Group Plc, the AIM quoted supplier of software to the recruitment industry, announces that it has granted a total of 23,135 options over the Company's ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Options" and "Ordinary Shares" respectively) representing 0.12 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company to two Directors and two PDMRs under the Company's HMRC approved Savings Related Share Option Scheme ("SRSO") as set out below.

The Options fall under the Company's three year HMRC approved SRSO scheme. Exercise of the Options must be made within six months of the expiry of the three year saving period.
Following this issue, the Company has 1,374,351 Ordinary Shares under option representing 6.99% of the issued share capital of the Company.

It has four trading businesses operating through two divisions: Dillistone Systems, which targets the executive search industry (www.dillistone.com); and Voyager Software, which targets other recruitment markets (www.voyagersoftware.com).
Dillistone has made three acquisitions: Voyager Software in September 2011, FCP Internet in July 2013 and ISV Software in September 2014. The Group operates under the FileFinder, Infinity, Evolve and ISV brands.
Dillistone was admitted to AIM, a market operated by the London Stock Exchange plc, in June 2006. The Group employs over 100 people globally with offices in London (head office) Basingstoke and Southampton, Frankfurt, New Jersey and Sydney.
