Dillistone Group Plc, the AIM quoted supplier of software for the international recruitment industry, was notified yesterday that Giles Fearnley, Non Executive Director, had sold 140,000 ordinary shares of 5p per share ("Ordinary Shares") in Dillistone at 111p per share on 24 October 2013.
Following the sale, Mr Fearnley has a beneficial interest in 453,435 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 2.49% of the issued share capital.
Mr Fearnley has stated that he does not intend to sell further shares for the foreseeable future.
