Issue of Equity
Further to the announcement made on 12 January 2011 Acal plc (the "Company") confirms that:
1. In aggregate, 61,450 new ordinary shares of 5 pence each have been allotted to Mr W Brack and Ms B Lohmaier.
2. The ordinary shares have been allotted and an application has been made to the FSA for the ordinary shares to be admitted to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for admission to trading on the main market for listed securities, which is expected to take place on or around 21 January 2011. The ordinary shares have been issued and credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
