discoverIE Group plc (LSE: DSCV, "discoverIE", the "Group" or the "Company"), a leading international designer and manufacturer of customised electronics to industry, announces that, on 13 August 2025, Mrs Mary Watson, wife of Clive Watson, Non-Executive Director, acquired 63 Ordinary Shares pursuant to a dividend reinvestment plan ("DRIP") and Clive Watson, Non-Executive Director, acquired 402 Ordinary Shares pursuant to a DRIP.
Following these transactions, Clive Watson is interested in 36,936 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.04% of the Company's voting share capital.
